The What, Why and How of Children's Learning - DVD

The What, Why and How of Children's Learning in Primary School: DVD

The What, Why and How of Children's Learning in Primary School is a DVD which provides parents with insights into children's experiences with the Primary School Curriculum, along with an overview of the curriculum itself. This is presented through the learning stories of five children.

The DVD shows how parents can support their child's learning at home before and during primary school, and in getting ready for post-primary school. It is freely available for collection from any one of the full-time education centres.

Visitors to this site will be pleased to note that the contents of the DVD are now also available to view online, in broadband video format. You will need a broadband connection and Adobe Flash Player Version 9 to watch – Click here to download Flash Player.

Both the DVD and the online format are available to view in five languages: English, Gaeilge, Francais (French), Lietuvi (Lithuanian) and Polski (Polish). Please click on the button below to launch the broadband video and to choose in which language you wish to watch.
